Considering an upgrade
iPhone 12 weighs 164 g and iPhone 16 weighs 170 g. The 6 g difference is small and is unlikely to be a decisive upgrade reason on its own.
Specified maximum SDR brightness is 625 and 1000 nits, higher on iPhone 16. Consider this in bright ambient light. HDR brightness is a separate specification.
